Pizza is their specialty, but Miguel’s Pizza is far more than the pizza-pie. The restaurant also makes chicken wings, paninis, donairs, pasta, salads, hot dogs, waffles, crepes, smoothies and milkshakes. Pizza lovers can choose from a huge menu of old favourites as well as a variety of gourmet pizzas for every kind of taste, or enjoy one of our brand new Pizza Conos (pizza in a fresh-baked-from-scratch dough cone). Meet Miguel Romero Sr.
Miguel Romero has been making pizza in Fort St. James since 1999. His favourite part of owning a restaurant beside preparing and perfecting his from-scratch pizza recipes is meeting people, both the locals and those who are just passing through. Fort St. James, says Miguel, is "a natural fit," both as a home and a place to do business.
Though he spends a lot of time in the restaurant, Miguel loves it when he has the chance to get outdoors where he likes to participate in outdoor recreational activities like mountain biking and kayaking. He also enjoys reading a good book between dough flips. Miguel deeply appreciates the Fort St. James community and his customers and donates regularly to local organizations.
